Customer Service & Operations Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support customer service and freight operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure that associated documentation and administrative processes are handled efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow up on customer bookings and shipments.
• Support the sales department.
• Prepare shipment documentation and operational records.
• Enter and maintain shipment data.
• Operate the company's ERP system.
• Issue bills of lading (B/L) and related shipping documents.
• Handle invoicing.
